Still here? You’re own fault then.

When talking about his career Redford mentioned that he took the Captain America gig because it offered him a chance to break from his normal role and play a villain. Considering the fact that he’s playing the head of SHIELD that’s probably not exactly telegraphed at the beginning of the movie and will be a big twist within the movie.

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes

Slashfilm has the official plot synopsis posted:

A growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier. They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth’s dominant species

Hmm… I wonder who will win the contest to be the dominant species in the movie Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. I’ve got a good feeling about man. Call my bookie, tell him to be 50k on Man to win the fight.

Jurassic Park 4

is now delayed.

I mention that only as proof that occasionally the movie gods do, in fact, throw me a bone and agree that unnecessary sequels are unnecessary.

They say it’ll come out in 2015, where, I imagine facing The Avengers and Star Wars sequels, it will be promptly forgotten.

Now You See Me

Fandango.com has posted the first four minutes of the upcoming movie about magicians who supposedly perform a bank robbery on stage with the bank hundreds of miles away.
