Day two


Up at 4:45. Off to the gym now before the family wakes up.

Never realized before just how badly having wine before bed screwed up my sleep cycle. Spent most of the night waking up every ninety minutes. Had a lot more dreams than usual, which I guess means I had better quality sleep even if my body clock was a bit off.
